Your dad was a grand life master in the ABA's Eastern Section, Metropolitan Bridge Unit. He was also in the ACBL, District 24, Greater New York Bridge Association.

My condolences to John's family. I first met John when [ describe how you know each other ] and we would often [ include common activities together ].

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of my dear uncle Herbie. The memories I had of my uncle when I was a little boy. Were the times i would look forward for dad to drive us to go visit him and Reginald and Eric in Staten Island many years ago.
Sleep in peace uncle.
