John's obituary

It is with our deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of John Henry Jr., a cherished father, grandfather, and friend. Born February 6, 1960, John was a man who truly defined what it meant to be selfless, kind, loving, and always quick to share a laugh. Sadly, he left us on March 22, 2025. John left an indelible mark on everyone who had the fortune to meet him. His spirit was characterized by his dedication to family values, an incredible work ethic, and his unwavering faithfulness to God. John's accomplishments were numerous, but he deemed his most treasured ones were his beautiful family that included a marriage of 40 years, four children, and nine grandchildren, as well as his journey to sobriety, guided by his faith in the Lord. John is survived by his beloved wife Donna, his mother Nancy, his siblings, Chris, James, Pam, Kerry, Rhonda, Patrick, Lori, Terry Lynn, his 4 children, Johnny and his wife Brittany, Daniel and his wife Tiffany, Amanda and her husband Kris, Michael and his wife Rachel, his grandchildren, Daniel, Madison, James, Makenna, Emma, Cody, Adalyn, Annabella, Braelyn, among other family members. His legacy, embedded in honesty, truth, and admirable work ethic, will carry on, forever cherished and remembered by his loved ones. It would be impossible for anyone he touched to forget his warmth, wisdom, and infectious humor. We invite those who shared in John's life to attend his funeral service on March 28, 2025, at 12:00 PM at 561 Orange Ave. A viewing will also be held the same day at 11:00 AM, at the same location. Later, in honor of John's life, we will be holding a celebration of his life at 3:00 PM at 1754 Holliday Dr. John's absence will be deeply felt, but his enduring influence on the lives he touched continues to be a testament to the remarkable man he was. John Henry Jr. will be profoundly missed but will forever remain in our hearts. The memories we shared with him and the lessons he imparted will forever be a part of us, a lasting legacy of a truly exceptional man.
