He leaves behind his deeply cared-for siblings, Brittney and Joseph Henderson, and his steadfast father, William Henderson. He was predeceased by his loving mother, Stephanie Henderson. His sister-in-law Mary, too, shares the family's loss.

A man of varied interests, John was an avid fan of the movie "The Godfather," a classic which reflected his appreciation for masterful storytelling and strong character development. He took pride in supporting the Giants, showing an indomitable spirit that mirrored his favorite team's efforts on the field. Moreover, he was an enthusiastic CrossFit participant, a testament to his dedication, discipline, and commitment to personal health and well-being.

Above all, John cared deeply about his family. They were his driving force, his cornerstone. His love for them was evident in everything he did, and his legacy of love, strength, and kindness will continue to live on through them.
