Beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend, John “Jack” Harry Fields died peacefully at Market Street Memory Care Facility in Palm Coast on November 23, 2022, after a long decline from Alzheimer’s. He was 87 years old. Jack was born June 11, 1935, in Erie Pennsylvania and spent his childhood in Weslaco, Texas. Around 1955, Jack moved from Texas to Miami and attended the University of Miami.
