Contributions will be split evenly between funeral costs and a charity close to JPs mission, Crisis Connections.
Crisis Connections is a Washington state based non-profit founded in 1964 that provides 24/7 crisis intervention, emotional support, and suicide prevention services, and is widely recognized for strong charity ratings and effective stewardship.
Reflecting on JP's life, his clear mission was to provide counseling and support for others. He made positive impacts on the lives of his therapy patients and everyone else who ever had the privilege of knowing him. Crisis Connections reflects these same values.
If the split donation exceeds the costs of the funeral, all additional contributions will go directly to Crisis Connections.
