My sincerest condolences Garde Family. The death of a loved one is extremely painful. It’s unfair and takes away the people we love the most. Please know that during such a difficult time, you are not alone. Our father and God Jehovah is with you and your family. Psalm 34:18 says “[He] is close to the broken-hearted.” Know that he yearns to bring them back to life (Job 14:15). And soon he will bring a resurrection, John 5:28,29 says “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” May this promise give you hope and endurance to face the future with confidence.

I have spent a long time thinking about this! For many years John and Selena were like brothers and sisters to Terry and myself. For a while I would not see John for a year or so, but when we did connect it was like it had only been days away. We shared so many memories together, And Terry and I will never forget them. I will miss my friend, and someone that I will call my brother forever! God bless you John. I hope that you have a 9 iron, a shot of Titos, and a smile on your face in the great beyond. I know that you had a rough time in the past years, but happiness awaits you. Thank you for always having my back!!!!!

Doug & I are so sorry about John’s passing. We will remember John as a pleasure to be around and someone who always had us laughing. He always took the time to talk to the kids when they were little, which not all adults do! Once he became ill, he fought hard & you were his strength. God bless you and your family. May you & Andrew find comfort in the fun, happy and loving memories you shared with John.

I am sorry to learn of Johns passing.
It's been a long time since I've seen John, years back I use to see him at a lot of Lageita's family gatherings.
Each time I did see him, he was always the same.
A tall handsome man that had an awesome smile, he was kind and friendly, he could have a conversation with anyone about anything and easily made people laugh with his fun for life.
Our prayers for peace, comfort, understanding, and healing to all that are hurting. Hugs to all too.

So blessed I got to grow up with John playing junior golf! Reconnecting with John about 18 years ago to play in a two man tournament was such a great experience…. With just a smile and laugh he took me back to Hidden Hills CC and were 14 again. Thank you John!
