John Michael Foltz, age 60, died on September 22 at the Adler Care Center after a long battle with the aftermath of suffering a major stroke.
John is survived by a wife, Rhonda, four children: John Matthew Foltz, Paul Michael Foltz, Sarah Jacqueline Foltz, and Emily Elizabeth Foltz. John grew up in Rockville, Maryland. His interest in cars led him to almost 40 years in the tire industry. He held retail positions as a salesman, …
