I never met him in person, and certainly not as John. I knew him as Dollar, and he was my friend. He always had a story to tell about his latest VW or Jeep trip, or perhaps some tech thing he was working out. He always had a chuckle to his voice, and was always excited to be with us no matter what we were doing. He was always kind to me, and I will miss him greatly. Peace be with you, Colleen, his children, grandchildren, friends and family. When the darkness of death falls upon you the light of new hope brings about a new day.Goodbye, brother.Requiescat in pace

John played with so many of us online through the years. He was such an inspiration to us all, and always a comforting ear when we needed a friend. When we heard of his passing it devastated all that knew him. We have added his handle to our Memorial wall as a Fallen Brother to us all online. His absence is a void we will never be able to fill. And more, a spirit and friendship I will never know the like of again. Rest in Peace John (=HT=Dollar) God be with Colleen, his children and grand children and all his friends & family as you find a way to go forward without him. Till our spirits find each other again my friend.Bill =HT=Ingram.

I met John when I began working at Konica Minolta in 2017. John was my "tech buddy" after I finished orientation. I never knew there was so much to learn about copiers but he knew the subject inside and out. It was a real joy getting to know John and all he shared with his friends. The wonderful thing about John is that once he met you, you WERE his friend.
I'll always miss you, John Miller; your memory is a blessing. <3

I’m very sorry for your loss. John was a good friend and coworker. He was part of our core group/family that came to Phoenix to start our Tier 2 customer support team. He was a valuable resource of information and always willing to help out whenever asked. He will be missed by us all.

As someone who spent quite a bit of time with John on the Champion Server during the heyday of City Of Heroes, it's good to see that his contribution and commitment to Community wasn't just limited to those that knew him in-game.
Rest in peace, hero.
