John "Jack" Crilley, 66, of Pearl River, NY passed away peacefully November 4, 2022 surrounded by his family.
Jack was born on February 18, 1956 to John and Catherine Crilley in Woodside, NY, where he lived for most of his life. Jack married Patricia Walker in 1974 and they went on to have four children. Patty and his children were his great loves and filled his life with countless happy memories.
