Background
Family and friends, I’m sadden to say that last night my oldest son, John Paul Cortez, died in a vehicle accident while coming home from work. It saddens me to lose my two oldest children in a span of 4 years due to vehicle accidents; there are no words to express my sorrow. My heart is torn knowing that not only did I outlive my two oldest children but also knowing that my son left behind 3 young children ages 12, 7 and 2.
Today you find me writing to ask you to support my cause of raising money for this tragic accident; any donation will be greatly appreciated. All your donations will go towards paying for unexpected funeral expenses.
