John's incredible reputation long preceded our meeting; and finally we worked together over the past several years. We started consulting each other at work, and soon found we enjoyed sharing photographs. As our friendship grew, we spoke more of life... and spoke more frequently. John inspired me with his integrity and energy. John's voice echoed with love when he spoke of family. While he will be greatly missed, John can rest knowing he shaped our lives. I am sorry for your loss.

I'm so sorry to hear the news! I offered the Masses of this past Tuesday and Wednesday for the repose of John's soul and for you and the family. I will continue to pray for all of you. Just know that in the worst of times the love of God will always be there for you.

John was family! He was a wealth of knowledge at his job and a good friend to everyone who was fortunate enough to work with him. He would always take your call and help you out anyway he could, work related or not. I loved him like a brother and will miss him dearly. We will be praying for his wonderful family, I’m so sorry.

John was a wonderful person to be with. John was very intelligent, thoughtful, a joy to converse with, loved to share stories and I always thought that John had a wonderful perception of life.
I was so looking forward to John joining us on our boat in San Diego for a fishing cruise.
I truly considered John as my friend.

Ed and I send our sincere condolences. Many good meals and better conversations shared with John while I was with Red Ewald, Inc. He was much more than a “salesman” he was a friend. I hate to hear of his passing, but we know where he is now. He shared his faith. May God grant you peace.
