I was very sad to hear that Johan had passed away. Johan has been a very important colleague and a big source of inspiration, always sharing his great wisdom and experience.

Johan saw the business both from a commercial and a technical perspective. He was always contributing with ideas to drive change and improvements to take the business to the next step.

I will always remember him as an incredible colleague.

Unspoken sadness...

The one we had been known for 16 years……

The one we had been to Great Wall and the Desert together ……

The one bought us beautiful and also heavy crystal candlestick as private gifts from Sweden……

The one organized weekly meeting to share working progress and private things freely……

The one invited us for private dinner simply because of the good weather……

The one with impressive huge working enthusiasm to take business travel with mostly red-eyed flights……

The one arranged us business trip around the country……

The one provided us with training opportunities to Singapore and Sweden……

The one tolerated our noisy shuttlecock kicking activity during lunch break ……

The one likes traveling around and sharing joyful memories……

The one led us with refresh ideas and nice feelings……

The one we can recognize via voice……

The one sends us best wishes during every Chinese new year……

The one we are looking forward to his trip back to China every year, especially big event……

Never see you again...…

Rest In Peace, Johan

I was overwhelmed with grief  when I heard the news of Johan's passing. It took me sometime to realize enormity of the loss of Johan as a friend, colleague to me.

I started working with Johan 2014 and known him as a friend, guide, mentor over these years. Johan was very good at keeping in touch with the friends and we spoke to each other every month. I had spoken to Johan the week before he passed away.

He was not only a great colleague & manager, he was kind, humble, approachable and supportive towards all his colleagues. He was an ocean of knowledge and I could approach Johan for any guidance / clarifications.

He was a great a husband & father and cared about his family a lot.

I will miss Johan always. May soul rest in peace.

In remembrance of  Johan, a,wonderful, kind, compassionate and caring friend, that I had the great joy to hang out with in my twenties.

Always a great friend, always fair, with a kind word or a good joke for everyone.

I was deply saddened by the news of your passing. You will live in my memory always.

Thank you Johan. See you in Nangijala

Johan’s passing has left me in shock. Why? It’s not fair! It was way too early!

Ever since we first met two decades ago , I liked Johan right away. Smart and gentle, sharp and generous, bright and humble, Johan had a big brain and a bigger heart. It was difficult not to love Johan.

Through our two years of studies at CEIBS we went from being classmates to becoming best friends until today.
So many laughs and great memories together, from long talks about technology and business to groovy nights dining an wining around Beijing with Herlina and Pia.

Only a few months ago we had a fantastic evening sharing some nice food and drinks with some of Johan’s best friends in Stockholm. I can’t believe he’s gone… His passing away is so unfair… it was 35 years too early for him, so many things left to do.
I am heart broken for him and for his beloved girls: Herlina, Kiona and Fiomena. I can’t even imagine how they must feel. In this troubled days my thoughts are with them.

Rest In Peace Johan, we are going to miss you terribly.

Just before christmas my schoolteacher  Gunilla told us that we will have a new boy in our class, Johan. I was living close to him and Gunilla said that I should bring him his english books and welcome him to us. So I did and met a 9 year old Johan and he became my best friend.  We have  kept contact ever since and I will continue remembering all fun things we have done. Building tree houses, box cars, playing football, taking dance classes because Johans mum forced us, going to the movies first time alone, meeting up every morning to get to school and everything else. Always missed but never forgotten. Thanks for now!
Dear Johan, Thank you for you…

Dear Johan,

Thank you for your endless love

That helps me through each day,

And thank you for the memories

That never fade away
