JoEllen will be dearly missed by her husband of 20 years, Richard Stoner, brother BobbyTom Kurtz, sister, Donna Winters, sons Ray Litka, Michael Litka and Frankie Santiago, daughter in laws Cathy Litka and Cassandra Santiago. She took special pride in her grandchildren, Ray-Ray Litka and his fiance’ Jessica Catanio, Angelique Szymanski, Aiden Santiago, Jackson Santiago, cousins Kay Simione and Roberta Seran.
