Joel Mendoza, [27], died after a long struggle with personal afflictions on December 26th, 2017 in Montreal, Canada. He was born on June the 11th in Saskatchewan territories to Brent and Linda Mendoza. Joel is survived by his brother Kyle and his step-sister Theresa. Funeral services will be privately held.
