February 12, 1946 – March 6, 2025

Joel “Joe” Jenison passed away peacefully on March 6, 2025, after a battle with cancer. A longtime resident of Summerland Key, he ran Keysboat Rentals and Summerland Seafood, where he shared his love for the water with many.

A U.S. Army veteran and former NASA engineer, Joel was a problem solver, mentor, and trusted friend. He is survived by his wife, Ginny, three brothers, and his son, Patrick. He is reunited with his adopted son, Kenny, and his beloved dog, Summer.

A memorial service will be held at Vineyard Church, 100 County Rd., Big Pine Key, on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 1:00 PM.
