Joel Cox, 71, of North Chesterfield, VA, passed away on September 29, 2021, from cardiac arrest.
Joel was predeceased by parents Howard and Margaret Cox, and brothers Gregory and Gary Cox. He is survived by wife Phyllis Cox, sons James, Robert, and William Cox, daughter Christine Faulkner, sister Stacy Pronko, and grandchildren Hannah and Gabriel Cox.
