Vergil Dismute

My condolences go out to Mrs. Elizabeth sanders and the family. I met Joe when I returned to San Antonio from an Air Force assignment overseas. Joe and the entire Neal family was very helpful and friendly to me and my family. We were distant relatives through my mother's marriage to George Hicks from Ripley TN. Joe was an amazing man and a great friend to me. He got me out some tight jams with his Air Force connections. He will always be remembered.
