Jody Marquise McGinnis, 70, of Fort Collins, Colorado died peacefully on May 15th, 2024.

She was born in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1953 to Roger and Virginia Bric and spent the bulk of her childhood in Ohio before eventually landing in Fort Collins, CO where she married. In 1980 she moved to Vermont to raise a family and ultimately started a successful business and earned a degree in Psychology with a focus on art therapy.

A longtime lover of both art and dogs, Jody spent much of her free time delving into the art of bookmaking and exploring her creative tendencies, always with a furry friend by her side.

She was preceded in death by her parents Roger and Virginia, her siblings Kelly, Andy, and GV, and her dogs Luna, Digger, and Weederman. She is survived by her brother Christopher and son Oliver.
