You and I have the unique opportunity to share the same name, so we were instantly connected. I really enjoyed your same sense of humor and easy going approach to life and eye for details. You we be missed by everyone that you met. Thank you for your loyalty and friendship over the years that I now will miss. You were always soft spoken, honest and truthful, great qualities in a friend , partner husband or dad. I will remember you every time I hear someone call my name or our name! I regret that I am unable to attend today. Jody will always be remembered as such a gentleman, a man passionate for his business and employees and customers. It was always a pleasure to be able to work with Jody and Marge at Havoc. Jody is missed but will never be forgotten. This photo is just how I remember him, gentle, soft spoken and honest as the day is long. Wonderful  eyes and his easy smile. Godspeed Jody. I’d been working with Jody on my FM for a couple years. Loved talking to him whenever I’d visit. Due to financial constraints though I would try to do most of the work myself and would use him only when in a bind. I was never a big revenue producing customer.  But he always treated me like royalty.   One time after he did some work to the car I was unable to do myself I went to pick it up and noticed he had replaced all of my old bald tires with good quality takeoffs he had laying around.  He said he couldn’t let me go out there in those bald tires any more. He had mounted, balanced, and gifted me those tires without ask and without expectation of money etc.  It was a small deed to him I suppose, but it really touched me that he cared that much and was equally as generous.  I always felt like I was in good hands from that point on—like a father watching over his children.  Just so great having people like that in the world.  Grateful to have known him.
