Jodie Bang, 48, of Lakewood, Colorado, passed away on January 25, 2026, after a short battle with stage IV colorectal cancer.

Jodie was born on March 28, 1977, to Randa Krueger Wagenman and Douglas Wagenman in Fargo, North Dakota. She graduated from West Fargo High School in 1995 and went on to attend North Dakota State University.

She was married to Tanner Bang for 18 years, and together they had three daughters: Quinn, Avery, and Payton.

Jodie was a devoted mother who chose to stay home to raise her daughters during their early years. When they were older, she returned to the workforce, intentionally seeking flexible work that allowed her to prioritize traveling, family sporting events, and time with her girls.

She was preceded in death by her father, Douglas Wagenman; and her grandparents, Ruby Martin Krueger, Ralph Krueger, Judy Wagenman, and Jack Wagenman.

She is survived by her daughters, Quinn Bang, Avery Bang, and Payton Bang; her mother, Randa Wagenman; her sister, Carrie (Corey) Knecht; her nephew, Dalton Knecht; her boyfriend, Sean Collins; and many extended family members and friends.
