I went to high school with Jo. About a year and a half ago, we got back in contact and started hanging out together. He spoke about Matt and how his passing was tough as nails on him. He helped me through some really tough times. He let me know that I could talk to him about anything no matter what time it was. He opened up to me about a lot of things he was going through. I still can't believe he is gone but I know he isn't suffering anymore. I will never forget about him and our bond that we shared. Love you Jo! To the family, I am so sorry for the loss of an absolutely amazing person Jo was. He truly is a hero and one that will never be forgotten! I love you forever!!!

Ben, and Sarah Rodriguez and Sandy Carrasco,
My deepest sympathy on the sudden passing of Joderik. He had a smile that could light up a room. He was a friend to many and a stranger to very few. Joderik was the grandson of my late step father-in-law Julian Carrasco. That is how I met Jo. He was so respectful and kind. He was an all around good guy. He will definitely be missed by everyone that had the pleasure of knowing him. He is a hero to many people. As you three parents grieve his passing he gave life to people that hoped, wished and waited for a life saver just like your Jo. He was very selfless in his act of being an organ donor. I can only imagine how glorious heaven was when he arrived. Oh the celebration that day! God Bless you three parents and lean not on your own understanding. God had some bigger plans for him. ♥️♥️♥️
