Wow. I was sitting in my apartment reminiscing on our time at GAMES at U of I. I looked you up on LinkedIn and it said “in remembrance” …. I didn’t know … I couldn’t believe it. So for the past hour I’ve been sitting with the fact that I never knew this.
You were a joy, funny, fashion forward, and just all around a good human being. A great friend.
I hope your family is doing well. I miss you!

I had the pleasure to meet you through Trina Whatley, a good friend of ours. She shared the tragic news, and we send you heartfelt sympathies and much prayer on your loss.

I can’t put into words how much I will miss our meetings and your goofy “inappropriate” laughing. There were few things in life I enjoyed more than making you laugh because we were supposed to have a “professional, business-based” relationship. But we probably had more laughs than “professional” moments and I wouldn’t have it any other way. You’re one of my favorite people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Goodbye, my brilliant and beautiful friend.

Sometimes that elusive "Fall Trip" and "You can't get rid of me" never materializes. Never forget you have the chance to reach out to those you love and that love you. Jocelyn was the most tremendous of co-workers and friend as well. Her intelligence, hilarious sense of humor, and infectious giggle was something I'd look forward to each day. I hope I never have to say again, "If only we had had more time," because time is what you make of it. I love you, Jocelyn, always. And to her family know that I was so supremely proud of working alongside my fellow BU Terrier (though years younger, she was years ahead of me in terms of her maturity and drive.) I do believe in angels now, because Jocelyn was one that was here on earth. My sincere condolences to you, and thank you for the greatest gift of HER, because she was an asbolute gem of a human being. Love you, Jocelyn. XOly

To My 1st COUSIN, JOE N. REAVES and MY 2nd COUSIN JOE M. REAVES: It's hard to express words of sympathy except to say my heart is with each of you, my family, at this time. Although I'm not able to be home now, I hope to see you all soon. Much love and prayers to the entire Reaves Family.

I worked with Jocelyn at Steward and at C3. I am going to miss her beautiful smile, caring soul and the way she made everyone feel special. She did so much for so many people. May her memory be a blessing to her friends and family who are mourning this difficult loss.
