Our beloved sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great Aunt, and dear friend, Joanne passed away at the age of 61 at home on January 4, 2019. Joanne suffered from many physical problems in this life. She was born on May 30, 1957 in Murray, Utah to Holly Lessley Wise and Marian Darlene Barrett Wise.
She was the second youngest of eight children. She was a gentle soul who enjoyed cooking, gardening, animals, babies and dolls. She was kind to all she met.
She grew up in Holladay, Utah and graduated from Cottonwood High School in 1974. She married Mark Hogue on 1/10/1989. She is survived by her husband, Mark Hogue, brothers Gerald (Carole), Allen, sister Christine and many cousins, nieces, nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Douglas, Stuart, and sisters Virginia Hulber, Elizabeth Moosman. She was a sweet spirit and will be missed by many friends and relatives. Memorial Service will be on January 15, 2019 at 11:00 at the ward house @ 2115 E. Creek Road, Sandy, Utah 84093
