Born in Chandler’s Ford, England on April 7, 1940 and passed away peacefully in Kelowna, BC on September 21, 2020 at the age of 80. Joanna was predeceased by her husband Roger Blacklock (d. 2017) and her son David (d. 1961). Joanna is survived by her sister Mandy Latiff and her children: Nancy Brandon, Judy (Miles) Lauer, Lisa Blacklock, and Mark (Sharon) Blacklock; her two grandsons Kyle Brandon (Robyn Burgess) and Ethan Blacklock; and one great-granddaughter Averie Burgess-Brandon.
