>Joann was predeceased by her mother; Judith Stuckman, sister; Angela Floyd. She is survived by her father; Joe Hancock, daughter; Wisdom Hancock, one grandson; Xavier Tolbert. She was a very bright soul with a memorable laugh and touched the hearts of everyone that met her. She was greatly be missed.
