Willie and Lucy Harris welcomed their daughter, Joann into the world on July 31,
1949, in Birmingham, Alabama. Joann’s education was achieved in the Birmingham City
School System, and she was a graduate of Wenonah High School. She confessed Christ
at an early age. Years later, she united with More Than Conquerers Faith Church, where
