Joan F. Vaughn (Hann), (nee Neven), age 68, passed on August 27, 2021, after a long illness. Beloved wife of Ronald Vaughn, loving mother of Russell and Jason Hann, and dear sister of Kay Connolly, Isabella (Boo) George (Hank), Paul Neven and Ernest Neven (Eva). Predeceased by her parents, Paul and Joan (nee Armstrong) Neven, siblings Carol Cremen, Lorna McGauley and Francis Neven. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, as well as devoted friend, Georgia Beavers Salisbury. Joan was born in Philadelphia, and lived in North Carolina most recently. Joan was a loving, caring person, with a soft spot for animals, and a great sense of humor. 

Memorial service to be held at a later date in Philadelphia.
