Joan Marguerite Jarvis, loving mother, wife, grandmother, and friend passed away peacefully near her residence on Tapps Island, WA on July 20th, 2023 after a long battle with cancer.
Joan was born on April 15th, 1942 to George and Gilda Zink in New Rockford, ND. After Joan graduated from Port Angeles High School in 1960, she pursued a degree at Western Washington University, majoring in Music, with a minor in Education. While in college, she …
