Joan was predeceased by [Josephine Gore, Herman Washington, and Kenneth Wesley. She is survived by LaVonne Whitelow, Latrice Wesley, Caleb Wesley, Gerald Wesley, Jeremy Wesley, Aaren Wesley, Julius Wesley, Kiri Wesley, Leila Wesley, Kira WhitelowWhitelow and a host of very close family members. No services will be held, as Joan requested.
