My condolences to Jo's family. I first met Jo when she was my manager at Lane Library at Stanford. I loved her stories and her good cheer, even when she was going through the toughest of times with her husband's illness. I miss her still.

This is from WOO-YA (the crow) 烏鴉 who is 92 years old. She lives happily in Vancouver near her two daughters. She is a volunteer in the Chinese community there, and is well loved by her friends there.

I am touched to read the stories and see the memories about Jo - what a remarkable person. My deepest condolences to Han, Gary, and family.

後來由於我也曾在史丹福大學的 CIS(Center for Integrated Systems),1981-82,訪問一年。
