Jimmy Eugene Myers, known affectionately as Jimbo, passed away on July 20, 2024, in Rossville, GA, at the age of 59. Born on June 3, 1965, Jimbo was a man who devoted himself wholeheartedly to his family and approached life with the best intentions.

Jimbo had a passion for gardening, building, and repairing whatever he could lay his hands on, skills that he shared generously with friends and family. His love for his family was profound, and he was always ready to lend a helping hand or offer support.

He leaves behind a loving family: sons Jimmy Allen Myers and Justin Eugene Myers; granddaughter Braylee Dawn Myers; daughter-in-law Marcie Dawn Myers; ex-wife Kathy Marie Pendergrass; stepfather Michael Groover; and his beloved dog, Sissy. Jimbo was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Groover, and his uncle, James (Jimmy) Smith.

A cremation service will be held at Wilson & Son's Funeral Home. Jimbo's memory will be cherished by all who knew him as a kind, helpful, and dedicated family man.
