In 1955, she met Jasper R. Davis, and they wed on September 7, 1957, going on to have 2 children, Gary Michael & Gregory Alan.
After retiring in 2000, Jimmie spent her time enjoying choreographed ballroom dancing and travelling. Jimmie was predeceased by her youngest son Gregory Alan on September 7, 1983. She is survived by her husband, Jasper R. Davis, her eldest son Michael and his wife, Diane, three grandsons, Chris, Will, & Nick, along with seven great grandchildren.
