James ”Jim” Owens, formerly of Missouri City, TX passed away on March 6, 2021 at the age of 85, following a courageous battle with lung cancer. Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Margaret and children: Dan Owens (Marcelle) of Lawrenceville, GA; Kitty Powledge (Troy) of West, TX; Paula Sauls (Craig) of Snellville, GA.
