It is with great sadness that the family of Jim Mendoza Aguada, 95, of San Diego, CA, announces his passing on March 4, 2026. He was born in Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte to Samuel Aguada and Matilde Mendoza and is survived by his wife of 68 years, Antonia Aguada, his daughters JoAnn Cruz, Carol Hernandez, Christine Aguada and their families:

In November 1956, Jim began his Navy career, a journey that took him and Antonia to Hawaii before eventually settling in San Diego, California. He found joy in life’s simple pleasures—fishing, watching boxing and a good dessert—but nothing meant more to him than the love he had for his family.Services are to be held below:
