I just wanted to say thank you to all who attended Jim's Celebration of Life yesterday!  It was great to see everyone, to have conversations and share memories about my wonderful husband, and to feel your love and support.  He was very well-loved, and it showed! Special thanks to my brother, Dave, who played his violin so beautifully.  Love you! And thanks to Jenna and Courtney for planning the event so well.

We would all love it if you would please keep in touch going forward, and remember Jim often in your thoughts and prayers! He will be very missed.

But what I admired and appreciated most about Jim was his deep love for my sister and his wonderful daughters!

Kassie & Jim spent every Christmas Eve with us for as long as I can remember.  We enjoyed recounting all the adventures every year together.  He will be missed.

Jim was a great brother-in-law. We could share a laugh together; he had an excellent sense of humor. He would always volunteer to help carve the turkeys on Thanksgiving and do a good job (well, maybe not volunteer exactly, but promptly and graciously agree when we drafted him to do it!). He was a good, kind, and gentle soul. We will miss him sorely.

He enjoyed coming to our home for Christmas Eve after church. He would always share about his girls activites. He was always so proud of his family.

We are incredibly sorry for your loss and share in your sadness as we mourn Uncle Jim. It will be nice to celebrate his life with you. Sending lots of love.

My heart goes out to you dear Kassie. Jim was a wonderful man whom John and I came to love and respect as we gathered for our family occasions.
