Jill (nee Burley) Earl was born to Art and Ellen Burley on June 29th, 1940 in Basingstoke, England where she lived until she was 19 years old. She then emigrated to Sarnia, Ontario Canada to be closer to her twin sister Janet Allen. She married and raised 2 children Steve Terek and Linda Stantton. She was employed with Sarnia police department for many years. She eventually moved west to Calgary Alberta where she met her …
