She is warmly remembered by her beloved family, Elizabeth Reynolds-Ley, her daughter Amber Foley, and her son Westen Foley, whom she showered with love, wisdom, and life lessons. Jessika's life was a testament to the joy of motherhood; she frequently expressed that her greatest accomplishment and source of pride were her children, Amber and Westen. Her radiant spirit and heartfelt laughter will be sorely missed by her children and family.

A Celebration of Life for Jessika was held on July 22, 2024, at 10:30 AM at the Garfield Park Conservatory. This service was a beautiful tribute to Jessika's life and the remarkable woman she was. It was a testament to her enduring impact on the lives of those fortunate enough to know her.

While her physical presence is no longer with us, Jessika's spirit lingers in the love and kindness she imparted throughout her life. The legacy she leaves behind will continue to inspire and uplift all who were blessed to have known her.
