With love and a full heart, we honor the life of our mother, Jessie Mae Robinson, who passed on her birthday, January 12, 2026—a poetic and fitting homegoing.
She will be laid to rest on April 20, 2026, at 12 noon at Arlington National Cemetery, with military honors—alongside her daughter, Joan Michelle, who passed as an infant in 1963. After a lifetime apart, they will rest together again… and there is a quiet peace in that reunion.
Guests planning to attend are asked to arrive early. Additional details will be shared directly.
Our mother lived with quiet strength, unwavering faith, and a servant’s heart. She didn’t just live—she gave. Whether feeding families through the Peoples Church pantry or simply showing up when someone was in need, she made a lasting difference—one life at a time.
