Obituary
Jessie "Pipe" Armstrong, 80, of Chicago, Illinois passed away peacefully on May 06, 2023, surrounded by his family and loved ones. Jessie grew up in Rayville Louisiana, a town he loved and visited often. He worked as a Chicago school bus driver for years and enjoyed grilling, watching the Chicago Bulls, and every western he could catch on TV. Jessie will be dearly missed and always remembered.
