Jessica "Tootie" Phillips, passed away on January 31, 2025. Born on April 7, 1999. She attended Bridegroom Christian Academy in Elementary School (Philadelphia, PA), Mifflin Middle School (Columbus, OH), and graduated from Horizon Science Acedemy (Columbus, OH). She earned a degree in Early Chilhood Education and Accounting while attending the Ohio State University. Jessica brought immense joy and brightness to the lives of those around her during her short yet impactful life journey. Jessica was known for her vibrant spirit, an ever-smiling face, and a heart filled with endless love for her family and friends.

Her joyful spirit will be missed but forever cherished. She is proceeded in death by her maternal grandfather and grandmother Jackson (Sharon) Phillips. Her best friend Erica Williams, her unborn daughter Ziare' Monique Phillips. She is survived by her  mother Mina Phillips, her sisters, Samantha and Erin. A host of aunts and uncles, cousins and friends. As we remember Jessica, we carry forward the warmth and love she brought into our lives, steadfastly keeping her memory in our hearts.
