On June 13, 2025, the world lost a remarkable spirit, Jessica Van-fleet, at the age of 44. Born on July 1, 1980, in the close-knit town of Somerville, New Jersey, Jessica was a beacon of strength and love, qualities that will be cherished by her family and friends forever.

Jessica's life was a testament to resilience and devotion, especially when it came to her two beloved daughters, Alexis Valentine and Madison Kotansky. Her love for them was the guiding light of her life, and her determination to fight through her illness with courage and grace was nothing short of inspiring. Jessica's stubbornness, was a reflection of her tenacity and unyielding spirit.

She is survived by her daughters, Alexis and Madison, who carry forward her legacy with the same warmth and strength that Jessica embodied. Also left to treasure her memory are her loving brother, Ronald Konopka Jr., and her mother, Barbra Vanfleet. Jessica was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Konopka Sr,  and her step father Daniel Corra with whom she is now reunited.

While the family grieves their loss, they also take comfort in knowing that Jessica's spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched. A celebration of her life will be held, allowing all who knew and loved her to gather, share stories, and honor the incredible person Jessica was.

Jessica's journey on this earth may have ended, but the impact of her strength, and her love will remain with us all. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
