Early in the morning on the 28th my 35 year old sister's life was taken unexpectedly. She was walking along side of hey. 98 north when she was struck by a vehicle hauling a trailer. Jessica leaves behind two children. Jessica was at a very hard time in her life battling depression, drug use, and epilepsy.
