70 Plus years of friendship , where do we start? It all started with Jerry knocking on my bedroom window at 6AM and the two of us hopping on the bus with our golf clubs headed to Lincoln park. That was the first of hundreds of golf games including a best ball championship at Brown Deer mens club. The hundreds of bowling nights followed by chili at Real Chili and the many card games throughout the years. Other special memories included a fishing trip with your dad where we almost froze catching an endless number of fish or a dinner with my parents where you said you weren't hungry but ate an excessive number of shrimp. Oh, so many special times with a special friend way more than I could ever count. I will miss you my special friend and may you be at peace.
Hard to believe Jerry is gone. Jerry was my "Doctor Mom" while I went through some trying times. For about 3 years Jerry took me to doctor appointments, visits in hospital stays, rehab at home. He helped make things so much easier for Deb and I. We played a lot of golf together and had some really good times, He will truly be missed.
So sorry to hear about Jerry's passing. We shared many good times and lots of laughs in the poker room. May God help to bring you comfort at this difficult time. Peter & Joann
