Jerry Smith, 53, of Springfield, IL, passed away on December 02, 2022 from cancer.
Jerry was predeceased by his father Richard W. Smith, his mother patsy L. Smith, his brother Greg(foog) Smith, and his beloved great-niece’s Jaedyn Purnell & Skylar Purnell, and nephew Michael Pudschun and niece Jamie Harris. He is survived by his 3 sisters Sue (johnnie) Powers, kathy (Dave) Patrick, Sam Marta, also 3 brothers John Smith, Richard ( Linda) Smith, Randy(Teresa)Smith, and many nieces and nephews. Jerry was a private person who did not wish to have services, a celebration of life, will be at a later date.
