Miss you so much💔💔💔

Jerry sold us our first home in Metuchen in 1987.  Good deal.  Saw him around town for the next 30 years.  Great man.

Jerry hired me, along with Kenny Berg, as the first person outside their sales force to be a manager of a Berg Clark NJ office. Jerry was professional, personable, funny, demanding, and always a real guy. I remember asking Jerry why he picked on me by coming to check my office production so often. He smiled and admitted he liked the “White Castle type hamburgers” sold on the corner of Central Ave. and Raritan Rd. in Clark. I was just thinking of him out of nowhere, hadn’t seen him in 50 years, and came upon his passing. RIP good man - you were a winner, a Champion. 

For someone that made every Benihana a brighter atmosphere, the best comfort is knowing that Mr. Salomone is in a better place. We must carry on from today with our heads held high, remembering Mr. Salomone as the husband, father, grandfather, caregiver, role model, and friend that he is to so many of us, and so many more that were blessed to know him. I'm sure that's what he would want. My love, as well as my grief, to his family.
