Background
Jerry was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and heart disease in April 2018 and underwent heart surgery in August 2018.
Although these diagnoses impacted Jerry's quality of life, he was getting better and his strength and will to live a long, healthy life for his children and grandchildren outweighed any day-to-day challenges he may have faced. It is our hope that by donating to the American Heart Association in Jerry's honor, you will be supporting ongoing research and education about heart disease, which will ultimately lead to early intervention and care for another father, grandfather, friend, and/or colleague.
We are humbled and so grateful for any donations made in Jerry's honor. Our father would have been incredibly touched by the outpouring of love and support.
