Jerry's obituary

Jerry Earl Rockette, (80), of Maryland Heights, Missouri, passed away on November 5th, 2024.

Jerry began his building and creative construction endeavors early on with his father Jeff. He was called back to that profession later in life after bravely serving our country in Vietnam and pursuing his future bride from the lifeguard tower at the community pool.

His affable charm to get what he wanted will be missed.

His unique curiosity about the world will be missed.

His challenges in navigating a kitchen, while being a foodie at heart, will be missed.

Jerry was born to Jeff and Lilar Rockette in Water Valley, Mississippi. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Aureline; sons Tony (Jennifer) Rockette and Brian Rockette; grandchildren Adrienne Rockette and Lincoln Rockette; brothers Mitchell Rockette, Ralph Rockette, and Rodney Rockette; and sister Jacqueline Collier.

Donations can be made to The American Kidney Fund in memory of Jerry Rockette.
