Jerry's obituary
Jerry was born January 4, 1978 in Houston, Texas. He grew up in Humble, Texas where he attended Magrill Elementary, Teague Middle School, And Nimitz High School. Many of his fondest memories were the times spent with family and friends in the Foxwood Forest Subdivision. A longtime sports fan, he enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys, Oklahoma Sooners, Gonzaga Bulldogs, and Houston Rockets. He was an avid movie fan as well. Jerry was a loyal and dedicated friend, father, and son. A man who loved and respected the outdoors and nature. But his greatest passions in life were his daughter, Alexis, and fishing. A kind hearted, beautiful soul, with an endearing sense of humor, he will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him-for he left a lasting impression in the lives of all the hearts he touched.
Jerry is survived by his mother, Paula Dee Rogers, of Hemphill, TX; father Jerry Dennis Mantooth and stepmother Judy Mantooth, of Spring, TX; daughter Alexis Dee Mantooth of Spring, TX; sister Dema Rose Mantooth DeLaRionda of Delran, NJ; niece Andolina "Andie" DeLaRionda of Delran, NJ; Uncle Rusty Rogers of Monroe, TN; numerous cousins, friends, and extended family.

Sadly, before Jerry's obituary was posted, his father Jerry Dennis Mantooth also lost his life in a tragic work accident on July 29, 2019.
