We created this fundraiser in loving memory of Jerry Kretschman, to honor both his life and the care he received during his journey with kidney cancer.
This cause is deeply meaningful to our family because Jerry received his care and treatment directly through Fred Hutch Cancer Center. Throughout his illness, we experienced firsthand the compassion, expertise, and dedication of the physicians, nurses, and staff who supported him and our family.
Fred Hutch is recognized for its strong stewardship of charitable support, earning a Gold Seal of Transparency on Candid, a service that evaluates more than 2 million U.S. nonprofits. Donations help support cancer research, patient care, and continued advancements in treatment—work that directly impacts patients and families facing cancer today.
