Jerry Leon Fortenberry passed away 11-26-21. He was a member of Oak Grove Church of Christ. He is survived by his children Angie, Kevin(Donna)and April Fortenberry and two grandchildren Faith and Holly Fortenberry, two brothers Carey (Donna)and Johnny(Debbie)Fortenberry, four sisters Joyce Dowler and Faye Shaw(Doyne), Ava Ellis and Mary(Bill) Swope, and two sisters in law Joy Fortenberry and Becky Fortenberry and many nieces and nephews.
